With the exception of MDWise HIP, Inspired Changes Relational Counseling is not paneled with insurance at this time. If you have commercial insurance with out-of-network benefits, I can provide a "superbill" - a detailed invoice that can be submitted to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement. Please let me know during our consultation call if a superbill in needed.

Schedule a consultation call
The therapeutic relationship between a client and their therapist is one of the strongest predictors of success in therapy (source). A consultation call can clarify whether we will be a good fit to work together. During this time, you will be able to share your concerns and reasons for reaching out for therapy. You are welcome to share any questions or concerns you have about the therapeutic process. Lastly, we will discuss logistics including fees and scheduling. You will have the opportunity to schedule a first appointment at the end of our call, or given the option to receive a scheduling link to my calendar listing all available appointments. If for any reason one of us believes we are not the best fit to work together, I am happy to provide referrals to qualified colleagues who may be better suited in meeting your needs.
Schedule a first appointment
In your first appointment you will be asked for more details about the concerns you described in your consultation call. You’ll be given a chance to share how things have changed over time and what you’ve already tried to find relief from your concerns. If you don’t know where to start - I’m happy to take the lead in asking questions. The answers will show us a better understanding of where you are stuck and what is in the way of change.
Let’s dig in!
Clients who initially attend regular, weekly sessions are more likely to experience success through therapy. That being said, we live in a real world and financial or scheduling conflicts can be barrier at times. I will work with you to explore options for scheduling appointments as regularly as possible. This will set you up to build on the momentum we create in session and give you the tools and insight necessary to facilitate the changes you desire.
